I was a huge fan of Blockbuster Video until they raised the rates 2 times in 1 year. I have not rented a movie in more than a year. Then last week as I was reading several new (to me) blogs and kept finding the word RedBox !! It seemed to be very popular, so I thought I would give it a try. Friday I rented my first video and guess what.......
I LOVE IT !!
I have now rented 3 movies! And, 1 was free so I got to see 3 movies for $2!!
Rentals are $1 a night (plus tax) and there are Redbox locations practically everywhere! There is one 5 minutes from my house at McDonalds! Although I know not to take my son since he is Happy Meal crazy these days. The process is easy and rather nice. I don't have to walk all over the store to pick a movie, stand in line, find my rental card, cash or debit, the cashier needs to take the DVD out of the case, have a nice night mam anymore to rent a video. The whole Redbox process takes less than 5 minutes.
